I also dive into the early experiences of PE that Lois had, and how this shaped/contributed towards her career trajectory. We also enjoyed chatting about the peer/social pressures that can negatively impact on girls enjoyment/willingness to continue being physically active/sporty and what Lois saw of this herself, particularly through her high school years. It all provides some fascinating insights into what it takes to make it to the top.
